This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from PT Code Trail Developers (“Codetrail”) through https://codetraildevelopers.com. As we provide digital and IT services rather than physical goods, there are no physical returns; refunds are handled as described below.

1. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel your order before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Please send your cancellation request within 7 days of payment.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If you cancel after the project has started, we will refund the amount paid minus the value of work already completed (based on hours spent or milestones reached). Any non-refundable third-party costs purchased for your project (such as domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins or licences) will be deducted.

3. Completed and Approved Work

Once deliverables or milestones have been delivered and approved by you, payments for those deliverables are non-refundable.

4. Revisions and Quality Issues

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, please tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will first revise and fix the work at no extra cost. If we are unable to deliver what was agreed, you may request a partial or full refund for the affected part of the project.

5. Refunds by Codetrail

If we cancel an order or are unable to provide the service, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for work not delivered.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you were charged twice or paid an incorrect amount, contact us with your payment details and the excess amount will be refunded in full.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the name used for the order, and the reason for your request.
  2. We will review and reply within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method via our payment partner Xendit, or by bank transfer where the original method does not support refunds. Timing for the funds to appear depends on your bank or e-wallet provider.
