These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://codetraildevelopers.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any services offered by PT Code Trail Developers (“Codetrail”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company established in the Republic of Indonesia. By accessing the Website, placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Our Services

Codetrail provides IT and digital services, including website development, web and mobile application development, UI/UX design, custom software development, digital transformation, data analytics, network design and support, and IT project management. Service descriptions, scope, deliverables and pricing are shown on the Website or set out in a written quotation or proposal agreed with you.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to purchase our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account login details confidential.

3. Orders and Quotations

  • An order is placed when you add a service to the cart and complete checkout, or when you accept a written quotation from us.
  • We may contact you after an order to confirm the project requirements, timeline and deliverables before work begins.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the requirements are unlawful, unclear, or outside the scope of services we provide. If we cancel, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated, and include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout or on the invoice.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Xendit (PT Sinar Digital Terdepan), which supports methods such as bank transfer / virtual account, e-wallets, QRIS, credit/debit cards and retail outlets, depending on availability.
  • We do not store your full card details. Payment information is handled directly by Xendit in accordance with its own terms and security standards.
  • For larger projects, payment may be split into milestones (for example a deposit before work starts and the balance on delivery), as stated in the quotation or invoice.
  • Work begins after the payment (or the agreed deposit) has been successfully received.

5. Payment Process

  1. Choose a service on the Website and click “Add to cart”, or request a quotation through our Contact page.
  2. Proceed to checkout and fill in your billing and contact details.
  3. Select your preferred payment method provided by Xendit and complete the payment.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to start the project.

6. Project Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you. Delays caused by missing information, change requests or third-party services may extend delivery. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate requirements, content, materials and access needed for the project, and you confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, logos, data) do not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you is transferred to you, except for third-party components (such as licensed themes, plugins, libraries, fonts or stock images), which remain subject to their own licences, and our pre-existing tools and know-how. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All content on this Website is owned by Codetrail and may not be copied without permission.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

We keep your project information confidential and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Website or our services for any unlawful purpose, to commit fraud, to distribute malware, or to request work that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable Indonesian laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codetrail is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably through discussion; if no agreement is reached, it will be submitted to the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.
